Beginners Classes

Beginners classes are suitable for older adults and those who prefer a lower impact class.

Great Classes. Great fun, I’m enjoying the lower impact classes but i’m still feeling the benefits.


There is no high impact involved in these classes at all, but plenty work to help you build up your strength and gain confidence whilst you work in a fitness environment.

Classes are ran by our Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 older adults instructor Emily. Emily comes from a sport and health and fitness background which compliments her care and attention to her clients.

I LOVE these classes , they are low impact but i am still getting a good workout. They are perfect for anyone with health problems or even as a starting point of getting back into fitness.

I am loving these classes. I can feel the difference already. Emily is an excellent motivator, LG Fitness is a great place to work out with like minded ladies.


Class prices are £4.50 per class, or you can pay a monthly fee of £40 for unlimited classes.

I LOVE these classes, you know by the way they make you feel that they are working. The classes are a great confidence booster aswell, as you realise what your body is capable of with correct coaching.


Emily has ignited a love of exercise I didn’t know could exist – I’m now making time for 5 sessions a week. It’s boosted my confidence, toned me up and helped me drop 2 dress sizes.
